The Albanian film industry produced over six hundred feature films in 2014. This article fully lists non-pornographic films, including short films, that had a release date in that year and which were at least partly made by Albania. It does not include films first released in previous years that had release dates in 2014.
Also included is an overview of the major events in Albanian film, including film festivals and awards ceremonies, as well as lists of those films that have been particularly well received, both critically and financially.

<i>Taken</i> (film) 2008 film by Pierre Morel

Taken is a 2008 English-language French action-thriller film directed by Pierre Morel from a story written by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. It stars Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Katie Cassidy, Famke Janssen, Leland Orser and Holly Valance. In the film, Bryan Mills is an ex-CIA officer who sets to track down his teenage daughter Kim and her best friend Amanda after they are kidnapped by Albanian human traffickers while travelling in France during a vacation.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Elvana Gjata</span> Albanian singer and songwriter (born 1987)

Elvana Gjata is an Albanian singer, songwriter and entrepreneur. Born and raised in Tirana, she has been referred to as a "Diva of Albanian music". She rose to recognition in Albania and other Albanian-speaking territories in the Balkans following the release of her two studio albums, Mamës (2007) and Afër dhe larg (2011). The singer saw further success through many acclaimed singles, as well as her extended plays 3 (2018) and Çelu (2021), and has achieved multiple number one singles in the Albanian singles chart. Gjata has also received numerous awards and accolades, including two Balkan Music Awards, a Festivali i Këngës Award, four Kënga Magjike Awards and a Top Fest Award.
