Jack Ng Wai Lun is a Hong Kong film director and screenwriter. Starting his career as a screenwriter, Ng is best known for collaborating with Dante Lam in action thriller films. He received four nominations for Best Screenplay in the 28th, 30th, 33rd, and 36th Hong Kong Film Awards for his contributions to Beast Stalker (2008), The Stool Pigeon (2010), Unbeatable (2013), and Cold War 2 (2016) respectively.
Carlos Chan Ka Lok is a Hong Kong actor. Discovered by Emperor Entertainment Group through a singing contest, Chan initially signed as a singer. He made his onscreen debut with a minor role in the action film Connected (2008), and went on to star in various productions in small parts. He later joined the television productions of the newly founded HKTV, where he gained recognition for his lead role as Chung Lok-tin in the drama series Incredible Mama (2015). He also portrayed the main villain in the sports film To the Fore (2015), and received his breakout role as Chan Kai-yuk, the sole male lead in the drama film Happiness (2016), for which he won Best Supporting Actor in the 7th Golden Lotus Awards.
Chiu Sin Hang is a Hong Kong singer-songwriter, film director and actor. Debuting as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the rock band ToNick, Chiu gained public recognition with the band's first album Let's Go and their non-album single "Last Christmas" in 2010. He made his onscreen debut with a guest role in the HKTV drama series Second Life (2015), and ventured into film directing with the horror film Vampire Cleanup Department (2017). Continuing his pursuits in both film and music, Chiu directed and starred in the sports film One Second Champion (2021), earning a nomination for Best New Director and winning Best Original Film Song as the singer and composer of the film's theme song in the 40th Hong Kong Film Awards. In 2023, Chiu made his television directorial debut and starred as the male lead in the ViuTV drama series Beyond the Common Ground.
One Second Champion is a 2021 Hong Kong sports film directed by Chiu Sin Hang, marking his second feature film project after Vampire Cleanup Department (2017). Chiu also takes on a lead role, alongside Endy Chow, Chanon Santinatornkul, and Lin Min Chen, portraying an asthmatic heir of a boxing gym who transforms a gambling addict with an ability to see one second into the future into a professional boxer.
