The Siemens-Halske Sh 12 was a nine-cylinder, air-cooled, radial engine for aircraft built in Germany in the 1920s. First run in 1925, it was rated at 80 kW (110 hp). The Sh 12 was also produced in the United States by Ryan Aeronautical Corp. as the Ryan-Siemens 9.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">MSrE M-19</span> Type of aircraft

The MSrE M-19, also known as the Rubik R-02 after its designer Ernő Rubik, was a sport aircraft built in Hungary in 1937. Sándor Geönczy initially worked with Rubik on the project, but died before it was completed. The M-19 was a conventional, low-wing cantilever monoplane with a wing of elliptical planform and fixed, tailskid undercarriage. The pilot and passenger sat in tandem under a streamlined canopy that fully enclosed the cockpit, and the main wheels were covered with spats. When the design was finalised, Rubik's calculations were verified by the Aviation Institute in Warsaw and a single prototype contrstucted.

Ernő Rubik was a Hungarian aircraft designer and father of Ernő Rubik, the architect who became famous for his mechanical puzzles.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Rubik R-26 Góbé</span> Hungarian 1961 two-seat glider family

The Rubik R-26 Góbé is a family of Hungarian shoulder-wing, two-seat training gliders that was designed by Ernő Rubik Sr., and produced by Auto-Aero. After its introduction the R-26 Góbé became the de facto training glider type in Hungary and is still used by many clubs for basic instruction.

The Rubik R-25 Mokány, in English: Plucky person and sometimes known as the R-25 Standard (class), is a Hungarian single seat Standard Class glider of all-metal construction, first flown in 1960. It was one of a series of similar aircraft designed by Ernő Rubik. Only one was built.

The Rubik R-18 Kánya is a Hungarian light utility and glider tug aircraft. It was designed by Ernő Rubik, the father of the designer of the Rubik's Cube.

The MSrE M-20 was a Hungarian primary glider with a better performance than the first generation of such aircraft. One of its designers was Ernő Rubik and the MSrE M-20 was his first major contribution. Only one was built.

The Jancsó-Szokolay M22 was a Hungarian single-seat sailplane first flown in 1937. Twenty were built and the type set several national records. Some remained in service up to about 1953.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Rubik R-07 Vöcsök</span> Type of aircraft

The Rubik R-07a Tücsök (Cicada) and R-07b Vöcsök (Grebe) were two versions of a Hungarian primary trainer, differing most obviously in the pilot's seating. First flown in the late 1930s, about 530 were built, some remaining in service into the 1960s.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Rubik R-11b Cimbora</span> Type of aircraft

The Rubik R-11b Cimbora (Pal) was a Hungarian two seat glider, first flown in 1940 and intended to introduce B-certificated pilots to aero-towing techniques. It proved popular and was also used to train pilots in ridge lift flying and set several national duration records.
