This is a list of video games for the Nintendo Switch video game console that have sold or shipped at least one million copies. As Nintendo shares the sales of their video games every quarter while most other publishers do not share sales figures per console, this list consists mostly of Nintendo-published titles.

Nintendo Switch, a hybrid home console and handheld device, launched worldwide on March 3, 2017. By the end of 2017, it had outsold the lifetime sales of Wii U, its home console predecessor. [1] In September 2019, Nintendo launched the Nintendo Switch Lite, a handheld-only version of the system. By the end of 2020, total Nintendo Switch family units had outsold the lifetime sales of the Nintendo 3DS, its handheld console predecessor, by selling nearly 80 million units. [2] As of September 30, 2024, 146.04 million Nintendo Switch consoles had been shipped, with over 1.3 billion copies of games having been shipped for the platform. [3] The three best-selling games on the platform have been Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at 64.27 million units sold, Animal Crossing: New Horizons at 46.45 million units, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate at 35.17 million units. [4] The three best-selling franchises on the platform have been Mario at 244.70 million units sold, Pokémon at 103.36 million units, and The Legend of Zelda at 70.52 million units. Other major selling franchises include Splatoon which sold 25.56 million units and Kirby which sold 13.36 million units.

Mystery Dungeon, known in Japan as Fushigi no Dungeon, is a series of roguelike role-playing video games. Most were developed by Chunsoft, now Spike Chunsoft since the merging in 2012, and select games were developed by other companies with Chunsoft's permission. The series began when co–creator of Dragon Quest, Koichi Nakamura, was inspired by Seiichiro Nagahata's experience with Rogue, who is also a fellow developer from the company, and a desire to create an original series. It began on the Super Famicom, progressing to almost all of Nintendo's and Sony's home and handheld consoles, WonderSwan, Dreamcast, Windows, and mobile devices.

Rune Factory is a franchise of fantasy role-playing social simulation games created by Yoshifumi Hashimoto and primarily published by Marvelous. The games are developed by Hashimoto's studio Hakama, taking over from Neverland after they ceased operations in 2013. The series began as a spin-off to Marvelous' flagship franchise Story of Seasons. The Story of Seasons references were subsequently dropped starting with the second installment, in order to become its own series. With the first game published in 2006, the property consists of five main-series games, two spin-off titles and numerous manga adaptations.

Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable is a crossover party board video game in the long running Itadaki Street series. The game is notable for its inclusion of characters from the Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest series of video games, being the second in the series to do so, the first being 2004's Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Special for the PlayStation 2. <i>Persona 5</i> 2016 video game

Persona 5 is a 2016 role-playing video game developed by P-Studio and published by Atlus. The game is the sixth installment in the Persona series, itself a part of the larger Megami Tensei franchise. It was released for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan in September 2016 and worldwide in April 2017. It was published by Atlus in Japan and North America, and by Deep Silver in PAL territories. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is a 2020 roguelike video game developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch. It is part of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon video game series. It is a remake of the 2005 video games Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Red Rescue Team. Announced in January 2020, it was released worldwide on March 6, 2020. The game is the first remake of a Pokémon spin-off game. The game features a new painterly-esque art style and includes new features not seen in the originals such as Mega Evolution, autosave, and auto-mode. As of December 31, 2022, the game has sold 1.99 million copies.
