Entertainment One Holdings USA Inc., also known as eOne, was a Canadian multinational entertainment company. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the company was primarily involved in the acquisition, distribution, and production of films, music, and television series up until being acquired by Lionsgate on December 27, 2023.
Despite the main company being absorbed into Lionsgate, the eOne name lives on as eOne Films and eOne Canada retain the eOne branding.
