Toriko (トリコ) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro. It follows the adventures of Toriko, a Gourmet Hunter, as he searches for rare, diverse foods to complete a full-course meal. On his journey, he is accompanied by a timid chef who wants to improve his skills. Toriko was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from May 2008 to November 2016, with its chapters collected into 43 tankōbon volumes.
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiroshi Shiibashi. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from March 2008 to June 2012, and later in Jump Next! from August to December 2012. Its chapters were collected in 25 tankōbon volumes. The series follows Rikuo Nura, a human by day and a yōkai by night, as he is destined to become the Third Heir of the Nura Clan. With the help of friends and allies, Rikuo must stop various opposing factions from usurping his position.
Haikyu!! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2012 to July 2020, with its chapters collected in 45 tankōbon volumes. The story follows Shoyo Hinata, a boy determined to become a great volleyball player despite his small stature.

Mob Psycho 100 is a Japanese web manga series written and illustrated by One. It was serialized on Shogakukan's Ura Sunday website from April 2012 to December 2017. It has been also available online on Shogakukan's mobile app MangaONE since December 2014. Shogakukan compiled its chapters in 16 tankōbon volumes. The story follows Shigeo Kageyama, nicknamed Mob, a boy who has strong psychic powers, and his struggles to find the simple happiness he is looking for.
Wakakozake is a Japanese manga series by Chie Shinkyu. It has been serialized by Tokuma Shoten in the seinen manga magazine Monthly Comic Zenon since the September 2011 issue; it is also available on Web Comic Zenyon. The series has thirteen volumes so far; the first volume was released in May 2013, and the latest release in August 2019.

Black Clover is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. It started in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump in February 2015. The series ran in the magazine until August 2023, and moved to Jump Giga in December of the same year. Its chapters have been collected in 36 tankōbon volumes as of February 2024. Set in a world where everyone is given the ability to use magic, the story follows Asta, a young boy born without any magic power who is given a rare grimoire that grants him anti-magic abilities. With his fellow mages from the Black Bulls, Asta plans to become the next Wizard King.
Fuuka is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Kōji Seo. It was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from February 2014 to April 2018, with its chapters collected in twenty tankōbon volumes. It is a sequel to Seo's previous manga series Suzuka. It was published online in English by Crunchyroll.

Beastars is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki. It was serialized in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shōnen Champion from September 2016 to October 2020, with its chapters collected in 22 tankōbon volumes. The manga is licensed for English release in North America by Viz Media. The story takes place in a modern world of civilized, anthropomorphic animals with a cultural divide between carnivores and herbivores, and where eating meat is strictly illegal.
Today's Menu for the Emiya Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by TAa. The series has been serialized on Kadokawa Shoten's Young Ace Up website since January 26, 2016, and has been collected in nine tankōbon volumes as of November 25, 2023. The manga is licensed in North America by Denpa. They released its first English volume on March 13, 2019. It is a spin-off of Type-Moon's Fate/stay night series, set in an alternate universe where the Fifth Holy Grail War resolved with most of the characters surviving and later becoming friends and neighbours. The series revolves around the protagonist Shirō Emiya's daily life cooking various types of Japanese cuisine for his family and friends. A thirteen-episode original net animation adaptation by Ufotable aired monthly from January 25, 2018, to January 1, 2019.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. It has been serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 2018, with its chapters collected in 25 tankōbon volumes as of January 2024. The story follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel to Akutami's Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha's Jump Giga from April to July 2017, later collected in a tankōbon volume, retroactively titled as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018.

Kiyo in Kyoto: From the Maiko House is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Aiko Koyama. The series takes place in the Geisha district in Kyoto and follows the titular character Kiyo as she cooks up delicacies every day to support her friend Sumire and the other maiko.

Cooking with Wild Game is a Japanese isekai light novel series written by EDA and illustrated by Kochimo. It began serialization online in 2014 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. It was acquired by Hobby Japan, who published the first light novel volume in October 2015 under their HJ Novels imprint. Thirty-one volumes have been released as of December 2023. A manga adaptation with art by Kochimo has been serialized online via Hobby Japan's Comic Fire website since 2018. Both the light novel and manga have been licensed in North America by J-Novel Club.
