A century is regarded as a landmark score for a batsman, and his number of centuries is generally recorded in his career statistics. [3] [4] [5] As of 2021, 266 cricketers have played in at least 100 ODIs, [6] while among them, only 9 batsmen have achieved the milestone of hitting a century in their hundredth ODI. [7]
