This is a list of the 25 members of the European Parliament for the Greece in the 1999 to 2004 session.
Rolandas Paksas is a Lithuanian politician who was the sixth President of Lithuania from 2003 to 2004. He was previously Prime Minister of Lithuania in 1999 and again from 2000 to 2001, and he also served as Mayor of Vilnius from 1997 to 1999 and again from 2000 to 2001. He led Order and Justice from 2004 to 2016 and was a Member of the European Parliament from 2009 to 2019.
Malcolm George Richardson Chisholm is a Scottish politician who served as Minister for Health and Community Care from 2001 to 2004 and Minister for Communities from 2004 to 2006. A member of the Scottish Labour Party, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Edinburgh North and Leith, formerly Edinburgh Leith, from 1992 to 2001 and Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the equivalent seat and its successor from 1999 to 2016.
Theodoros Zagorakis is a Greek politician and former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He was the captain of Greece that won UEFA Euro 2004, and was also president of PAOK. He was named the Greek Male Athlete of the Year in 2004. He was elected as a Greek MEP at the May 2014 European Parliament election. He was also the president of the HFF from March to September 2021.
Nikos Konstantopoulos is a Greek politician, former member of the Hellenic Parliament and former president of the left-wing Synaspismos. His daughter, Zoi, was until September 2015 the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament.
Henrik Dam Kristensen is a Danish politician and the current speaker of the Danish parliament. He has been a member of the Danish parliament for the Social Democrats from 1990–2004 and again from 2007, during which he served as Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries (1994–1996), Minister for Food (1996–2000), Minister for Social Affairs (2000–2001), Minister for Transport (2011–2013) and Minister for Employment (2014–2015). He served as President of the Nordic Council in 2011 and 2016.

Dinesh Chandra Rupasinghe Gunawardena is a Sri Lankan politician serving as the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka since 22 July 2022. He also holds the positions of Minister of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government. Gunawardena has been leader of the left-wing Mahajana Eksath Peramuna (MEP) party since 1983, and has taken cabinet positions under several previous governments, including Leader of the House from 2020 until 2022.

It is composed of the President of the European Parliament along with all 14 Vice-Presidents and the five Quaestors. They are elected for two and a half years with the President holding a casting vote. Elections are usually held at the start, and at the midpoint, of each Parliamentary term.
Sofia Sakorafa is a Greek-Palestinian politician and former javelin thrower. She was a Member of the European Parliament for Greece as member of the political party MeRA25, having formerly sat for Syriza and before that served, from June 2012 to July 2014, as a Syriza Member of the Hellenic Parliament. She served as a deputy speaker in the Hellenic Parliament for the MeRA25 party. She is the president of Association hellénique d'athlétisme amateur (SEGAS).
Cristian Silviu Bușoi is a Romanian physician and politician. A member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), he was a member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies for Timiș County from 2004 to 2007, and was a Member of the European Parliament from 2007 to 2013, a position he regained in 2014. He currently chairs the European Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE).
