Besides the Punjab region these Gujjars are also found in Kashmir, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat and they speak Punjabi, Kashmiri, Urdu and Hindi languages.

Haroonabad or Harunabad is a town in Bahawalnagar District of the Punjab Province of Pakistan. The town is the headquarters of Haroonabad Tehsil, an administrative subdivision of the district. It is the 92nd largest city of Pakistan, according to 2017 census.
