Lutcza [ˈlut͡ʂːa] (Ukrainian : Лютча, Liutcha) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niebylec, within Strzyżów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. [1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Niebylec, 13 km (8 mi) south-east of Strzyżów, and 27 km (17 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
