The Magnolia Hotel is a 29-story, Beaux-Arts style, upscale hotel in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas, that for many years was the tallest building in the state after surpassing the Adolphus Hotel. The structure is a Dallas Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

It is bounded by Adalee Street, I-275, 7th Avenue and North Tampa Avenue, encompasses approximately 200 acres (0.81 km2), and contains 289 historic buildings. On August 4, 1995, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The district includes Lee Elementary School of Technology World Studies, the first brick school in Hillsborough County, Florida.

The area was designated to provide historic context to the National Historic Landmark school. It includes the restored Magnolia Gas Station, which was a staging area for the media during the school integration crisis of 1957. Until the early 21st century, this building served as the National Park Service visitor center for the historic district. Residences in the surrounding area include bungalows, Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival styles.

The Virginia Heights Historic District is a national historic district located at Arlington County, Virginia. It is directly west of the Columbia Forest Historic District. It contains 117 contributing buildings in a residential neighborhood in southwestern Arlington. The area was developed between 1946 and 1952, and consists of four small subdivisions of Section Four of Columbia Forest, High Point, Virginia Heights, and Frederick Hill. The dwelling styles include Colonial Revival style houses and Modernist twin dwellings designed by noted local architect Charles M. Goodman. In addition, five single dwellings in Virginia Heights are known to be prefabricated houses, three of which are Lustron houses.
The Arlington Heights Historic District is a national historic district located at Arlington County, Virginia. It contains 737 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in a residential neighborhood in central Arlington. The area was formed from the integration of twenty-five subdivisions platted between 1909 and 1978. Single-family dwellings include representative examples of the Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival styles. The district is primarily a single-family residential neighborhood with a number of twin dwellings, is also home to garden apartments, one high-rise apartment building, a commercial building, a synagogue, a parsonage, a middle school with community center, and two landscaped parks.
The Magnolia Commercial Historic District encompasses the historic heart of Magnolia, the county seat of Columbia County, Arkansas. It includes the courthouse square and most of the buildings which face it, as well as buildings along Calhoun and Jackson Streets. The centerpiece of the district is the square itself and the Columbia County Courthouse, a Renaissance Revival structure built in 1905 to a design by W. S. Hull. The square is lined with mostly brick-faced buildings built between about 1899 and 1910, and between 1938 and 1958, when the city experienced a second building boom. The oldest known surviving building, then as now housing a pharmacy, is located at 111 S. Court Square. One prominent building from the second building phase is the Cameo Theater Building, an Art Deco design built in 1948.

The dwellings reflect modest designs directed toward a middle-class clientele in a newly developing area of Rochester's Nineteenth Ward.

The Sunnyside Hotel is a historic house in Magnolia Springs, Alabama, U.S.. It was built in 1897 for Christopher McLennan. It was converted into a hotel by the new owner, Mrs William Harding, in 1913. In the 1940s, it was inherited by her sister and brother-in-law, who used it as a private home until the 1980s, when they sold it to new owners. In 1996, it was sold to David Worthington. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since February 20, 1998.

The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 14, 1983 for its significance in architecture and history as a beach-front resort during the 19th century. The district boundary was increased on November 19, 2014. It now includes 149 contributing buildings.
