Marion-Franklin High School (MFHS, Marion) is a four-year high school (grades 9-12) located on the south side of Columbus, Ohio, at 1265 Koebel Road. Marion-Franklin is one of 17 traditional high schools in the Columbus City Schools district. The school colors are red and white, with black as an unofficial color. The school mascot is the Red Devil.
There are three administrators at Marion-Franklin High School: a head principal, and two assistant principals.
Several district employees were caught altering attendance records for struggling students in order to improve performance ratings. Because of this, former principal Pamela K. Diggs was fired in early 2014. [3]

South High School is a public high school located on the south side of Columbus, Ohio. It was opened in 1900 as the fourth Columbus City Schools high school at 345 Deshler Avenue. The current building was opened March 31, 1924. The Charles S. Barrett Building at 345 E. Deshler Ave opened September 1900. Prior to that in 1895-1897 South High School utilized part of the Ohio Avenue Elementary School. In 1897 it was decided that the building was too far east for its name; the south side students were returned to the Central High School building at 6th & Broad Streets, and the building process began on the Deshler Street Building. It was known as South Urban Academy for a short time. The school is located at 1160 Ann Street.

Whetstone's mascot is the Brave. The school opened in 1961 to accommodate the overflow from North High School.
