Maxime Laheurte (born 20 May 1985 in Gérardmer) [1] is a retired French nordic combined athlete who has competed since 2002, including 4 Winter Olympic Games. At the 2010 Winter Olympics, he finished fourth in the 4 x 5 km team and 38th in the 10 km individual large hill event.
Laheurte's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was fourth in the 4 x 5 km team event at Liberec in 2009 while his best individual finish was sixth in the 7.5 km sprint at Sapporo two tears earlier.
His best World Cup finish was third twice, both earned in 2006.
Christoph Bieler is an Austrian former Nordic combined athlete. Competing in four Winter Olympics, he won two medals in the 4 x 5 km team event with a gold in 2006 and a bronze medal in 2002. Bieler's best individual Winter Olympic finish was tenth in the 10 km individual large hill event at Vancouver in 2010.
Jens Gaiser is a German nordic combined skier who has competed since 1998. He won a silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin in the 4 x 5 km team event. Gaiser also finished 19th in the 7.5 km sprint event at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
Håvard Klemetsen is a Norwegian former Nordic combined skier who has competed since 2002, representing Kautokeino IL. He debuted in the World Cup in 2003. He has four 4 x 5 km team medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with a gold in 2005 and bronze in 2007 and twice in 2011. Klemetsen also finished 20th in the 15 km individual event at the 2005 championships.
Janne Pekka Ryynänen is a Finnish Nordic combined athlete who has been competing since 2003. His ski club is Ounasvaaran hiihtoseura. One of his greatest achievements include a gold medal from 4 x 5 km team competition at Sapporo 2007, where he had the longest jump of the Finnish team. Ryynänen best individual finish was fourth in the 10 km individual large hill event at Liberec in 2009.
Espen Rian is a Norwegian Nordic combined skier who has competed since 2002. At the 2010 Winter Olympics, he finished fifth in the 4 x 5 km team and 35th in the individual large hill event.
