Air Chief Marshal Mushaf Ali MirNI(M), HI(M), SI(M), SBt was a Pakistani four-star air officer who served as the Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), appointed on 20 November 2000 until his accidental death in a plane crash on 20 February 2003.

The Vice Chief of the Air Staff (VCAS) is the principal deputy and second-in-command of the Pakistan Air Force, reporting under the Chief of the Air Staff. Before 1979, the post was referred to as the Deputy Chief of Air Staff and is usually held by an Air Marshal, a three-star rank air force officer, who is responsible for flight safety, intelligence, procurement, public relations, and the PAF Air War College.
