It was broadcast on STAR Vijay with 156 episodes. Each episode of the series was a spoof of a Tamil feature film and television show. Comedy actor Santhanam, Swaminathan, Manohar, Yogi Babu and Madhumitha are the leads of the show.

En Annan, is a 1970 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film, directed by P. Neelakantan, starring M. G. Ramachandran and Jayalalithaa. The film is a remake of the Telugu film Poola Rangadu (1967), which itself was loosely based on A. J. Cronin's novel, Beyond This Place. It was released on 21 May 1970, and ran 100 days in theatres.

The film stars Kalyan Kumar and Devika, with M. N. Nambiar, S. V. Sahasranamam, Nagesh, Padmini Priyadarshini and Manorama in supporting roles. It focuses on a college boy who, while exploring a dilapidated villa, learns all the details about his past life.
