Live Oak County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2010 census, its population was 11,531. Its county seat is George West. The county was named for the groves of live oak within its borders.

River Oaks is a residential community located in the center of Houston, Texas, United States. Located within the 610 Loop and between Downtown and Uptown, the community spans 1,100 acres (450 ha). Established in the 1920s by brothers William and Michael Hogg, the community became a well-publicized national model for community planning. Real estate values in the community range from $1 million to over $20 million. River Oaks was also named the most expensive neighborhood in Houston in 2013. The community is home to River Oaks Country Club, which includes a golf course designed by architect Donald Ross and redesigned in 2015 by Tom Fazio.
Dealey Plaza is a city park in the West End district of downtown Dallas, Texas. It is sometimes called the "birthplace of Dallas". It also was the location of the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy, on November 22, 1963. The Dealey Plaza Historic District was named a National Historic Landmark in 1993 to preserve Dealey Plaza, street rights-of-way, and buildings and structures by the plaza visible from the assassination site, that have been identified as witness locations or as possible locations for assassins.

It is south of Victory Park, west of the Arts, City Center, and Main Street districts, and north of the Government and Reunion districts. Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is a United States National Historical Park in central Texas about 50 miles (80 km) west of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. The park protects the birthplace, home, ranch, and final resting place of Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th President of the United States. During Johnson's administration, the LBJ Ranch was known as the "Texas White House" because the President spent approximately 20% of his time in office there.

Dubina is a small unincorporated community in Fayette County, Texas, United States. It currently is home to a population of about 44 persons, but it was once a thriving community. It was the first Czech settlement in Texas and dates from 1856. It is located 90 miles West of Houston or 104 miles East of San Antonio. Most of the town since 2003 has been designated as the Dubina Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
