Lipscomb County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2010 census, its population was 3,302. Its county seat is Lipscomb. The county was created in 1876 and organized in 1887. It is named for Judge Abner Smith Lipscomb, a secretary of state of the Republic of Texas.
Earl Castle Stewart, in the County Tyrone, is a title in the Peerage of Ireland. It was created in 1800 for Andrew Thomas Stewart, 9th Baron Castle Stuart.
William Beck Ochiltree, was a settler, judge, and legislator in Texas. In 1963, Recorded Texas Historic Landmark Number 967, honoring Colonel Ochiltree, was placed at the courthouse in Perryton.
Stewartstown is a small village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, close to Lough Neagh and about 5 miles (8.0 km) from Cookstown, 3 miles (4.8 km) from Coalisland and 7 miles (11 km) from Dungannon. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 608 people.

Michael Ochiltree [Ouchtre] was a 15th-century Scottish prelate and administrator. A close associate of King James I of Scotland, from the late 1410s he rose in rank from canon to Dean of Dunblane and then Bishop of Dunblane. He was responsible for the coronation of King James II of Scotland, and obtaining a grant from the crown which allowed the comparatively small diocese of Dunblane to attain historically unprecedented viability.

Tom Ochiltree (1872–1897), was an American Thoroughbred racehorse who won the 1875 Preakness Stakes and several other major stakes. In 1877, he lost in one of the most famous match races of the nineteenth century – a race that had been so anticipated that both houses of Congress were adjourned so members could attend. In 2016, Tom Ochiltree was inducted into the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame.

It lies at the intersection of State Highway 15 with FM376, southwest of the city of Perryton, the county seat of Ochiltree County. Its elevation is 2,995 feet (913 m). Although Farnsworth is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 79033; the ZCTA for ZIP code 79033 had a population of 106 at the 2000 census.
Waka is an unincorporated community in western Ochiltree County, Texas, United States. It lies along State Highway 15 southwest of the city of Perryton, the county seat of Ochiltree County. Its elevation is 3,045 feet (928 m). Although Waka is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 79093; the ZCTA for ZIP code 79093 had a population of 76 at the 2000 census.
Andrew Stewart, 2nd Lord Ochiltree (c.1521-1591) fought for the Scottish Reformation. His daughter married John Knox and he played a part in the defeat of Mary, Queen of Scots at the battle of Langside.
Ochiltree Castle was a castle built on a promontory by the Lugar Water, East Ayrshire, Scotland across from Auchinleck Castle. Built by the de Colville family in the 12th century, it was destroyed in 1449, by Sir William Douglas.
