One Night in Malibu is the first full-length live album by American pop rock band OneRepublic. The album was recorded during a concert the band held virtually through the platform Moment House on October 27 and 28, 2021 in promotion of their previous album Human. [1] [2] It was released through Mosley and Interscope Records on February 4, 2022. [3]

Background

The online concert was performed in promotion of Human. In a statement, lead singer Ryan Tedder described the reasoning for the concert: [1]

[It] is re-calibrating everything. ["Oh My My"], we stopped promoting it and kinda pulled the plug. I didn’t have it in me to do anything for it. This is us returning back to what the original sound was: strings; orchestral; emotive.
