Honda D engine Former Japanese automobile engines

The Honda D series inline-four cylinder engine is used in a variety of compact models, most commonly the Honda Civic, CRX, Logo, Stream, and first-generation Integra. Engine displacement ranges between 1.2 and 1.7 liters. The D Series engine is either SOHC or DOHC, and might include VTEC variable valve timing. Power ranges from 66 PS (49 kW) in the Logo to 130 PS (96 kW) in the Civic Si. D-series production commenced 1984 and ended 2005. D-series engine technology culminated with production of the D15B 3-stage VTEC (D15Z7) which was available in markets outside of the United States. Earlier versions of this engine also used a single port fuel injection system Honda called PGM-CARB, signifying the carburetor was computer controlled.

The Honda F-Series engine was considered Honda's "big block" SOHC inline four, though lower production DOHC versions of the F-series were built. It features a solid iron or aluminum open deck cast iron sleeved block and aluminum/magnesium cylinder head.

German submarine U-756 was a Type VIIC U-boat built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine for service during World War II. Laid down as yard number 139 at the Kriegsmarinewerft (KMW) in Wilhelmshaven, she served with 6th U-boat flotilla from 30 December 1941 to 1 September 1942 under the command of Kapitänleutnant Klaus Harney. U-756 did not survive to complete her first patrol and did not sink or damage any ships.

The glacier was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1960 for Hollingsworth Franklin Gregory, an American pioneer in the development and use of helicopters.

Dolan Peak is a rock peak, 2,070 metres (6,800 ft) high, standing 2 nautical miles (4 km) west-northwest of Hendrickson Peak in the northwest part of the Quartz Hills. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960–64, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Theodore G. Dolan, a glaciologist at Byrd Station, summer 1959–60.

McGregor Glacier is a tributary glacier, 14 nautical miles (26 km) long and 3 nautical miles (6 km) wide, draining the southwest slopes of the Prince Olav Mountains in Antarctica, and flowing west to enter Shackleton Glacier just north of the Cumulus Hills. It was named by the Southern Party of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1961–62) for V.R. McGregor, a geologist with that party.

German submarine U-133 was a Type VIIC U-boat built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine for service during World War II. She was laid down on 10 August 1940 by Vegesacker Werft, Bremen-Vegesack as yard number 12, launched on 28 April 1941 and commissioned on 5 July that year. U-133 sank with all hands lost after striking a mine off Aegina island Greece on 14 March 1942. In 1986 the professional divers Efstáthios "Státhis" Baramátis and Theófilos Klímis located an unknown wreck at a depth of 74 meters that identified as a German submarine due to the compass of the vessel. Almost ten years later, in the mid-90s, the same wreck was further identified by Greek divers as the U-133.
