Patrick Donald Edward Rowe (born February 17, 1969) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for one season with the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played He played college football for the San Diego State Aztecs, earning second-team All-American honors in 1990. He was selected by the Browns in the second round of the 1992 NFL Draft. [1]
