The Politics of Andhra Pradesh take place in the context of a bicameral parliamentary system within the Constitutional framework of India. The main parties in the state are the YSR Congress Party,Telugu Desam Party and Jana Sena Party. Other parties that have small presence in the state include the Indian National Congress,Bharatiya Janata Party and Left parties.
Sri Latha Reddy known by her stage name Roja,is an Indian politician and former film actress. She is currently serving as Minister for Tourism,Culture and Youth Advancement of Andhra Pradesh. She was a leading actress in Tamil and Telugu films from 1991 to 2002. She has also acted in a few Kannada and Malayalam-language films. She won three Nandi Awards and one Tamil Nadu State Film Award. In 2022,Roja announced she would be leaving the film industry to focus more on her political career as a politician. Vijayamma,is the chairperson of YSRCP.

Mukku Kasi Reddy is an Indian politician from Kanigiri constituency of Andhra Pradesh. He has started his political career in 1983 as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) from Telugu Desam Party and served as Sericulture Minister in NTR’s first Cabinet. He has represented Kanigiri constituency as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) 3 times in 1983,1985,1994. In 2001,he has won the Zilla Parishad Election and served as ZP Chairman for Prakasam District until 2006. In 2009,he quit the Telugu Desam Party.
Nara Lokesh is an Indian politician. He is the son of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N. Chandrababu Naidu. He also served as Panchayat Raj,Rural development and IT and Communication minister through an MLC post. He was severely criticized for not contesting the elections and becoming a minister in his father Chandrababu Naidu's cabinet. Kodali Sri Venkateswara Rao,commonly known as Kodali Nani,is an Indian politician and a Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly,representing Gudivada Assembly constituency. He is the former Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He belongs to the YSR Congress Party.

Mekapati Goutham Reddy was an Indian businessman and politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He was the Minister for Industries,Commerce,and Information Technology in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected twice and served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Atmakur Assembly constituency on behalf of YSR Congress Party from 2014 until his death in 2022.
Mekathoti Sucharita is an Indian politician who is the former Minister of Home Affairs and Disaster Management of Andhra Pradesh in Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy cabinet. She is a member of YSR Congress Party.
Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha,upper house of the Parliament of India from Andhra Pradesh in the 2020 Rajyasabha elections as a member of the YSR Congress Party.
