The orders and decorations conferred upon civilians and military personnel in the Republic of the Philippines, are listed by order of precedence. The first list is of civilian awards, which take precedence over and above military awards. The next list is of awards conferred upon the military or formerly military units. Philippine civilian orders and decorations are conferred by the President of the Philippines, in his or her capacity as head of state. In certain instances, the conferment of certain orders and decorations requires the concurrence of the Congress of the Philippines, or of certain advisory bodies.

Emmanuel Trinidad Bautista is a Filipino General who served as the 44th Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines as he succeeded Gen. Jessie Dellosa as AFP Chief. He is currently the Executive Director of the Cabinet Cluster on security, justice, and peace at the Office of the President, Malacañang. He was appointed to that position on 1 September 2014 shortly after retirement from the military service as Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines. Concurrently, he heads the National Task Force on the Whole of Nation Initiative and is also the executive Director of the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea. He was succeeded by Gregorio Pio Catapang as AFP chief.

Glorioso Ventura Miranda is a retired Filipino soldier who is the former Vice Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He served as acting Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines from April 22 to June 30, 2016. Before becoming the 46th Vice Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces last March 8, 2016, he was the Commanding General of the AFP Northern Luzon Command from August 13, 2015. Currently, he has been appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte to the BCDA as a Board Member.
Rey Leonardo Borja Guerrero is a retired Philippine Army general and former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Known to be strict, determined, and serious, yet very kind-hearted leader, He is a graduate of the PMA Maharlika class of 1984, and the former commander of The 61st Infantry Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Special Operations Command (Philippines), 701st Infantry Brigade, Presidential Security Group under the term of then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, former Philippine Army chief of staff, and AFP Eastern Mindanao Command commanding general. He is often called "Jagger" in the military. His term as Chief of Staff of the AFP was extended by President Rodrigo Duterte until April 18, 2018. He was named by President Rodrigo Duterte as the next head of the Marina, as the agency's administrator after he retires in the AFP. In October 2018, Guerrero was named Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs by President Rodrigo Duterte, replacing Isidro Lapeña after the latter was dismissed and given a new position in TESDA.
Carlito Guansing Galvez, Jr. is a retired Filipino general and the former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He was the former commander of the AFP Southern Luzon Command, the AFP Eastern Mindanao Command, and the 4th Infantry Division, as well as both commander and assistant commander of the 10th Infantry Division, 701st Infantry Brigade, Chief of War Plans Division (J5), Head Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army Chief of Staff, and Army Chief Management Fiscal Office.
