Hradec Králové District is a district (okres) within Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. Its capital is city Hradec Králové.
Hradec Králové region is an administrative unit of the Czech Republic located in the north-eastern part of the historical region of Bohemia. It is named after its capital Hradec Králové. FC Hradec Králové is a Czech football club based in the city of Hradec Králové. The club, which was founded in 1905, won the Czechoslovak First League in the 1959–60 season. The club currently plays in the Czech National Football League.

Královští Lvi Hradec Králové is a junior ice hockey team from Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. The organization used to have a senior men's team which played in the Czech 1.liga, the second level of Czech ice hockey. The men's team dissolved in 2013 after HC České Budějovice sold the Extraliga license to the city of Hradec Králové. It was replaced by Mountfield HK. Královští Lvi still exists as a youth team of Mountfield HK, but it doesn't have a men's team.
Mountfield Hokejový Klub is a professional men's ice hockey club based in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. It is a member of the Czech Extraliga. The club was formed after the original HC Mountfield was unable to resolve a sponsorship dispute.
