Qarabulaq (also, Karabulak) is a village and the least populous municipality in the Khizi Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 201. The municipality consists of the villages of Qarabulaq and Dizəvər. [1]

Maxta is a village and municipality in the Sharur District of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan. It is located 7 km in the north-west from the district center, on the plain. A monument was erected in honor of the compatriots killed in The Great Patriotic War (1941–45).
