All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) is an Indian political party in the state of Tamil Nadu and in the union territory of Puducherry. It is currently in power in the state of Tamil Nadu and is the third largest party in the Lok Sabha. AIADMK is a Dravidian party founded by M. G. Ramachandran (MGR) on 17 October 1972 as a breakaway faction of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). From 1989 to 2016, AIADMK was led by Jayalalithaa, who served as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on several occasions. The party has won majorities in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly seven times, making it the most successful political outfit in the state's history. The party headquarters is located in the Royapettah neighbourhood of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in a building donated to the party in 1986 by Janaki Ramachandran, MGR's wife.
R. Kamaraj is an Indian politician from the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party. He has been a member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Nannilam constituency since 2011 and is the Minister for Food of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Prior to his state assembly role, he represented Tamil Nadu as a member of Parliament of India in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.
Sedapatti R. Muthiah is an Indian politician of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. He was one of the leaders of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) from its creation and was second in command in AIADMK till 1998. He is popularly known by the name Sedapattiar. By-elections to nine state assembly constituencies were held in Tamil Nadu, in four separate phases. Election for Thirumangalam was held on January 9 and for Bargur, Thondamuthur, Ilayankudi, Cumbum, and Srivaikuntam constituencies on August 18. Also, election took place for Vandavasi and Tiruchendur constituency on December 19, 2009 and finally for Pennagaram constituency on March 27, 2010. Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) defeated All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) in Thirumangalam in the first phase and kept the winning momentum in the following general election.

Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA is a 2013 Tamil political satire film directed by Manivannan. A sequel to Amaidhi Padai (1994), it stars Sathyaraj in his 200th film, reprising his role as Nagaraja Cholan from the original, alongside an ensemble cast including Seeman, Manivannan, his son Raghuvannan, Mrudula Murali, Komal Sharma and Varsha Ashwathi. The film, featuring music composed by James Vasanthan, was produced by Ravichandran and K. Suresh under the banner of V House Production and shot in Coimbatore and surrounding areas in one single schedule. Unlike the original, Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA opened to mixed reviews. It was Manivannan's 50th and last film as a director and actor, as he died a month after the film's release.
S. M. Seenivel was an Indian politician of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party. He was elected as a member of the 15th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the Thiruparankundram constituency in 2016, having previously been elected to the 13th Assembly from the same constituency in 2001.
