History

The company was established in 2002 as the Corovest International Real Estate Fund. It was floated on the Alternative Investment Market in 2006. [2] It changed its name to Redefine International in 2008 and converted to a Real estate investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2013. [3] It changed its name again, to RDI REIT, in November 2017. [4]

The company's largest investments include the Grand Arcade in Wigan, St George's Shopping Centre in Harrow and West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry. [5] The company had a portfolio valued at £1.5bn as at 31 August 2017. [1]

H&R REIT

H&R Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canadian open-ended real estate investment trust, specializing in commercial real estate, and based in Toronto, Ontario. It is the third largest REIT in Canada by market capitalization. H&R's portfolio includes 40 office properties, 161 retail properties, and 105 industrial properties and 11 other properties, with a total value of $13 billion. It is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Cominar is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Quebec City, Canada. It was founded in 1965, and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CUF.UN.

LXi REIT

LXi REIT is a real estate investment trust based in London, England. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
