On March 29, 2024, Randall Terry, an anti-abortion activist and founder of Operation Rescue declared his candidacy in the 2024 United States presidential election. [1]

Nomination

He was nominated by the Constitution Party for president on April 27, 2024. [2] He stated he wouldn't accept nomination if Stephen Broden wasn't nominated for vice president. [3]

He was nominated by the Constitution Party of Oregon on May 28, 2024. [4]

President Barack Obama won the Democratic Party nomination by securing more than the required 2,383 delegates on April 3, 2012, after a series of primary elections and caucuses. He was formally nominated by the 2012 Democratic National Convention on September 5, 2012, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Fifteen additional candidates appeared on primary ballots, and of these, four appeared on more than one ballot. In 2010, he was the Republican candidate for the 30th congressional district for the United States House of Representatives. He was defeated by Democratic incumbent Eddie Bernice Johnson. He is the Constitution Party's candidate for vice president in the 2024 United States presidential election.

The 2020 Libertarian National Convention delegates selected the Libertarian Party nominees for president and vice president in the 2020 United States presidential election. Primaries were held, but were preferential in nature and did not determine delegate allocation.
