Bharatham is a 1991 Indian Malayalam musical-drama film written by A. K. Lohithadas and directed by Sibi Malayil. Produced by Mohanlal for Pranavam Arts, it stars himself, along with Urvashi, Nedumudi Venu, Lakshmi, and Murali. The film is especially known for its music that is largely Carnatic classical and semi classical. The songs were composed by Raveendran.
A. K. Raveendran is an Indian film director and actor in Malayalam cinema. He is a retired Major in the Indian Army. He made his independent directorial debut in 2006 with Keerthi Chakra for which he won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Screenplay.

Bichu Thirumala is an Indian lyricist and poet from Kerala, who works in the Malayalam film industry. He, along with O. N. V. Kurup, is known for creating the style of arranging beautiful words in Malayalam film songs. In Malayalam cinema, Bichu Thirumala led the group of lyricists who wrote songs for readymade tunes. In 1981, he won the Kerala State Film Award for the best lyricist for the films Thrishna and Thenum Vayambum. Thirumala won the same award for the second time in 1991, for the Rajasenan directed film Kadinjool Kalyanam.
Raveendran (Ravindher) is an Indian actor, primarily concentrating in Malayalam and Tamil films. He was a very busy actor in both these languages in 1980's. He debuted in Tamil mega hit Oru Thalai Ragam. He was the second lead in Kamal Hassan and Rajnikanth movies like Sagalakala Vallavan, Per Sollum Pillai, Ram Lakshman, Ranga, Thankamagan and Pokkiri Raja. But he concentrated more in Malayalam with I.V.Sasi movies like Aswaratham, Ee Nadu, John Jaffer Janardhan, Innalengil Nale, Sindhoora Sandhyakku Mounam, Iniyengilum, Athiratram, Idanilangal, Karimbinpoovinakkare, Rangam, Abhayam Thedi and was a part of numerous hit films until he decided to quit movies. He has also done major roles in Echchil Iravugal, Poikkal Kudhirai, En Priyame and Kutravaaligal.
Lathika is an Indian playback singer whose voice held sway over the music charts in the late 1980s-early 1990s in the Malayalam film industry. She has lent her voice mainly for Malayalam and Tamil film songs for over 300 films. Some of her hit songs of that time are ‘Kathodu Kathoram…' and ‘Devadoothar Padi…'(Kathodu Kathoram),‘poo venam pooppada venam…', and ‘Tharum Thalirum…' (Chilambu).
Rahul Ravindran is an Indian film actor and director who has appeared in Telugu, Tamil and English language films. He made his debut in the Tamil film Moscowin Kavery (2010), before playing leading roles as a man with cerebral palsy in Vinmeengal and as a mechanic in Soorya Nagaram.
