Rinat Mukatdisovich Mardanshin (Russian : Ринат Мукатдисович Марданшин; December 24, 1963 – January 19, 2005) was a Russian motorcycle speedway rider of Tatar ethnicity, who rode in the 2001 Speedway World Cup for Russia. He was a multi-medalist of the Russian Championships.

He died, on 19 January 2005, at the age of 41, during a routine operation to remove metalwork from his shoulder. It is believed he had a blood clot in his aorta.

Alsco Uniforms 250 Annual auto race held in Fort Worth, Texas

The Alsco Uniforms 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series race that takes place each spring at Texas Motor Speedway, and was first held in 1997. In 2005, TMS was rewarded with a second Xfinity Series event in November, the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300. In 2011, the race became a Friday night race after being held on Saturday afternoon since 1997, returning to Saturday afternoon in 2017. Austin Cindric is the defending winner of the event after winning it in 2020. In 2021, the race was moved from April to June as a part of All-Star Race Weekend, in which Texas will host the All-Star Race for the first time, but the distance was reduced from 300 to 250 miles.

Emil Damirovich Sayfutdinov is a Russian motorcycle speedway rider and member of the Russian national teams. He won the 2007 and 2008 Under-21 World Championship, and is a two-time winner of the European Championships in 2014, 2015. Sayfutdinov has also won Speedway of Nations with Russia two-times, in 2018, 2019. He is a permanent rider of the 2019 Speedway Grand Prix. He has won seven Grand Prix.
