Rochan (Persian : رچان‎, also Romanized as Rochān; also known as Rojān, Roochoon Olya, Roochoon Sofla, Rūjūn, and Rūtshūn)^[1] is a village in Khabar Rural District, in the Central District of Baft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 73, in 29 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Khabr Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Khabr District of Baft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2009 census, its population was 15902, in 1,123 families. The rural district has 45 villages.

The Central District of Baft County is a district (bakhsh) in Baft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 68,270, in 16,394 families; excluding those portions, the population in 2006 was 64,743, in 15,520 families. The District has two cities: Baft and Bezenjan. The District has six rural districts (dehestan): Bezenjan Rural District, Dashtab Rural District, Fathabad Rural District, Gughar Rural District, Khabar Rural District, and Kiskan Rural District.
