Sava City or Savograd (Serbian : Савоград) is a commercial and residential complex in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. With the neighboring architectural landmarks, it forms the first elite residential-business area in the city.
Savograd is located in the Block 19 in the municipality of New Belgrade, between the streets of Milentija Popovića and Vladimira Popovića. Right across the street, in the Block 20, is the Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel.
Savograd is a project of the architects Mario Jobst and Miodrag Trpković, who won the competition in 2004.Construction of the complex began in 2006 and was finished in June 2010.
Total floor covers an area of 35,000 m2 (380,000 sq ft), of which 12,000 m2 (130,000 sq ft) are residential. Total constructed area is 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft). The complex consists of three slanted towers, connected at the ground floor level and by the underground garages. Two of the towers are commercial while the third is completely residential with three apartments on each floor with 78 to 215 m2 (840 to 2,310 sq ft) each. The connecting ground floor is widely expanded and, as the interspace between the towers, consists of big and small atriums, park-style bridges, flower pergolas, cascade plateaus and lawns, resembling the Japanese gardens. The roof is grid-shaped.
Savograd is fitted into the larger urban area, which consists of the Blocks 19 and 20 and encompasses the buildings in the modern, glass and steel, style. The complex includes:
Architect and theorist Mihajlo Mitrović, who projected many buildings in Belgrade (Western City Gate), in his review of the complex wrote that "Savograd is now in the gravity center of the artistic triangle Hyatt-Sava Center-Genex apartments" and that it "fitted perfectly with the neighbors into the imposing mosaic entirety in the city's most beautiful sequence".
Delta Holding became proprietor of the almost entire Block 19: Delta Holding building was built in 2003, Genex apartments, Crowne Plaza and tennis hall were purchased in 2008 and Sava Centar was acquired in November 2020. Delta Holding building was sold to the Banca Intesa in 2013. Delta Holding began construction of its new headquarters, between the Genex apartments and Crowne Plaza in February 2020. After acquiring Sava Centar, Delta Holding announced construction of several other buildings, including the 100 m (330 ft) tall Delta Center tower, next to Savograd. The tower will also host Hotel Intercontinental.

New Belgrade is a municipality of the city of Belgrade. It is the central business district in Serbia and one of the major ones in Southeast Europe. It was a planned municipality, built since 1948 in a previously uninhabited area on the left bank of the Sava river, opposite old Belgrade. In recent years, it has become the central business district of Belgrade and its fastest developing area, with many businesses moving to the new part of the city, due to more modern infrastructure and larger available space. With 212,104 inhabitants, it is the second most populous municipality of Serbia after Novi Sad.
Western City Gate, also known as the Genex Tower, is a 36-story skyscraper in Belgrade, Serbia, which was designed in 1977 by Mihajlo Mitrović in the brutalist style. It is formed by two towers connected with a two-story bridge and revolving restaurant at the top. It is 117 m (384 ft) tall and is the second-tallest high-rise in Belgrade after Ušće Tower.
Sava Centar is an international congress, cultural and business centre of various multi-functional activities located in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is the largest audience hall in the country and entire former Yugoslavia and one of the biggest in Europe. It has been host to numerous large-scale events and performances.
Ušće Towers are two 25-story mixed use skyscrapers located at Mihajlo Pupin Boulevard in the New Belgrade municipality of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. While the second tower is under construction, the first tower was the tallest building in Serbia until 1979 and construction of Genex Tower, and the second-tallest freestanding structure, after the Avala Tower.

It was closed for visitors in 2006, but one half of the hotel was reopened in 2013 in the form of three-star hotel garni.

Ušće is an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is located in Belgrade's municipality of Novi Beograd. Ušće is located on the mouth of the Sava river into the Danube, thus the name. It occupies Novi Beograd's Blocks 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on the Sava's left and the Danube's right bank, covering a tip of land that overlooks the islands of Little War Island and Great War Island to the north and the old core of Belgrade, the fortress of Kalemegdan to the west. Ušće borders the neighborhoods of Staro Sajmište and Savograd on the south. As a compact grassy and forested area it stretches along the bank of the Danube into the Block 10, to the Zemun municipality and the Hotel Jugoslavija and the ENJUB shopping mall.
Crowne Plaza Belgrade is a four-star hotel located in New Belgrade, Serbia. With its 387 rooms and 29 suites, it is the biggest hotel in the city in terms of capacity.
Belville is a residential area within Block 67 in New Belgrade. It is the first officially planned neighbourhood of Belgrade in 12 years; the project was started in 2006, and the apartments were used by participants of the 2009 Summer Universiade in Belgrade. The complex consists of 14 residential buildings and 2 commercial buildings, and more than 300 stores, a sales pavilion and a large parking space, covering a total area of 13.8 hectares. Architecture of Belgrade is the architecture and styles developed in Belgrade, Serbia. Belgrade has wildly varying architecture, from the centre of Zemun, typical of a Central European town, to the more modern architecture and spacious layout of New Belgrade. The oldest architecture is found in Kalemegdan park. Outside of Kalemegdan, the oldest buildings date only from 19th century, due to its geographic position and frequent wars and destructions. The Tayyare Apartments,, are a complex of four buildings completed in 1922 and located in the old city of Istanbul, Turkey. The apartments were originally built as public housing for the victims of a great fire, converted later into hotel premises. Formerly Ramada Hotel and then Merit Antique Hotel, the complex is currently a five star hotel of the Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts chain named Crowne Plaza Istanbul Old City.
Belgrade Waterfront, known in Serbian as Belgrade on Water, is an urban renewal development project headed by the Government of Serbia aimed at improving Belgrade's cityscape and economy by revitalizing the Sava amphitheater, a neglected stretch of land on the right bank of the Sava river, between the Belgrade Fair and Branko's bridge. It was started in 2014 with the reconstruction of the Belgrade Cooperative building, which was finished in June of the same year. It is the second largest mixed use complex under construction in Europe, just after Minsk Mir worth 3.5 billion dollars. 6.000 apartments, seven hotels including W Hotel and St Regis, 2000 offices, the largest shopping mall in South East Europe and public buildings are planned for the area.
King Alexander Bridge, in full The Bridge of King Alexander Karađorđević or The Bridge of the Knightly King Alexander, was a road and tram bridge over the Sava river, in Belgrade, capital of Yugoslavia. It was the first permanent road bridge across the Sava in Belgrade after almost 250 years and the Long Bridge from 1688. Finished in 1934, it was damaged and out of use since 1941, and fully demolished in 1944, during World War II. Its pylons were later used for the modern Branko's Bridge, built in 1956. The bridge was revered while existed being described as "gorgeous" and "one of the most important object ever built in Belgrade".
