Stefan Kievon Wayne Kelly (born 24 August 1988) is a Bermudian cricketer. [1] He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast-medium bowler.

At the age of 15, Kelly joined Oakham School in England on a sports scholarship in 2003 and represented the cricket first XI for three seasons.[ citation needed ] At the end of his lower sixth year in 2006, he interrupted his A-level studies to concentrate on playing for Bermuda in their preparations for the 2007 Cricket World Cup. Having been selected in Bermuda's final 15-man World Cup squad, he will returned to the school only after the completion of the tournament. [2]

He has played five One Day Internationals for Bermuda to date, his debut at this level coming against Kenya in November 2006. He has also played for Bermuda in one ICC Intercontinental Cup game and in the 2006 ICC Americas Championship. In July 2022, he was named in Bermuda's squad for the 2022 Jersey Cricket World Cup Challenge League B tournament. [3]

Steven Devonne Outerbridge is a Bermudian cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler. He has played for Bermuda in seven One Day Internationals to date, making his debut at this level against Canada in August 2006. He has also represented Bermuda in four ICC Intercontinental Cup matches and the ICC Americas Championship in 2004 and 2006. In the 2006 English cricket season he played several matches for Cardiff UCCE.

He represented Bermuda in the 2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and played one first-class match, three List A matches and eight Twenty20s for Bermuda from 2009 to 2013. Fray returned to Bermuda's national team in 2018, first as their vice-captain then as their captain.

The 2016 ICC World Cricket League Division Four was an international limited-overs cricket tournament held in Los Angeles from 29 October – 5 November 2016. It was the fifth edition of WCL Division Four, and the first World Cricket League tournament played in the United States. All matches were played at the Leo Magnus Cricket Complex.

The 2022 Uganda Cricket World Cup Challenge League B was the second round of matches in Group B of the 2019–2022 ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League, a cricket tournament which formed part of the qualification pathway to the 2023 Cricket World Cup. All of the matches had List A status. The tournament took place in June 2022 in Uganda.

The 2022 Jersey Cricket World Cup Challenge League B is scheduled to be the third round of matches in Group B of the 2019–2022 ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League, a cricket tournament which forms part of the qualification pathway to the 2023 Cricket World Cup. Originally, the tournament was scheduled to take place in Jersey in September 2021, but it was rescheduled to take place in Hong Kong due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a further postponement, in February 2022, the tournament was rescheduled to be played in Jersey in August 2022. This will be the first senior international tournament to be hosted in Jersey since the 2016 ICC World Cricket League Division Five.
