Stramnica [stramˈnit͡sa] (German : Alt Tramm) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kołobrzeg, within Kołobrzeg County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. [1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Kołobrzeg and 108 km (67 mi) north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

Gmina Kołobrzeg is a rural gmina in Kołobrzeg County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Kołobrzeg, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina.

The name Pomerania comes from the Slavic po more, which means Land at the Sea.

Close to this tower, there is at 54°08′55.06″N15°38′17.16″E / 54.1486278°N 15.6381000°E / 54.1486278; 15.6381000 (Stramnica Small Radio Tower) a second smaller telecommunication tower, which is also a lattice tower and approximately 83 metres tall.
