Hải Dương is a city in Vietnam. It is the capital of Hải Dương, a highly industrialized province in the Hanoi Capital Region and the Red River Delta in Northern Vietnam. Its name is Sino-Vietnamese for "ocean sun" (海陽). The city is at the midpoint between the capital Hanoi and major port Haiphong, and is part of the Northern Key Economic Zone. In 2019, Hai Duong city had a population of 507,469.

Ninh Hòa is a district-level town of Khánh Hòa Province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the town had a population of 227,630. The district covers an area of 1,199 km². The district capital lies at Ninh Hòa.

Bố Trạch is a rural district in Quảng Bình Province. The district capital is Hoàn Lão township. Bố Trạch borders the capital city of Đồng Hới to the south-east and Tuyên Hóa District and Quảng Trạch District to the north, Quảng Ninh District to the south and Minh Hóa District to the north-west. To the south it borders communes of Vạn Ninh and An Ninh, to the southeast it borders Hồng Thủy in district of Lệ Thủy, to the east is communes of Gia Ninh, to the north is commune of Duy Ninh, to the west is commune of Hiền Ninh. The communes contains six villages: Quảng Xá, Hòa Bình, Nguyệt Áng, Thế Lộc, Hữu Tân, and Tân Thành.
