Takatsukasa Masahiro (鷹司 政煕, May 14, 1761 – March 29, 1841) was a Japanese court noble of the Edo period. He held the regent position of kampaku from 1795-1814.
Masahiro was born the son of regent Takatsukasa Sukehira.
He served as kampaku from 1795-1814.
He had a son, Masamichi, with the daughter of the 11th head of Tokushima Domain, Hachisuka Shigeyoshi.
Takatsukasa family is a Japanese aristocratic kin group. The Takatsukasa was a branch of the Fujiwara clan and one of the Five regent houses, from which Sesshō and Kampaku could be chosen.

In 1301, he retired and became a priest. Regent Fuyuhira was his son. His other sons include: Fuyutsune and Motonori (基教, ?-?); they did not become kampaku or sessho. Also, Motonori was Fuyutsune's adopted son.
Takatsukasa Mototada, son of Kanehira, was a court noble (kugyo) of the Kamakura period. He held the regent position of Kampaku from 1268 to 1273. Fuyuhira was his adopted son.
Takatsukasa Nobufusa was a court noble (kuge) of the early Edo period. Born to Nijō Haruyoshi and adopted by Takatsukasa Tadafuyu, he revived the lineage of the Takatsukasa family. In 1606, he was appointed Kampaku, a regent position which he left two years later. In 1658, he died at age 92. With a daughter of the daimyō Sassa Narimasa, Teruko, he had a son, Nobuhisa, and a daughter, Takako, who married Tokugawa Iemitsu in 1623.
Takatsukasa Tadafuyu, son of Kanesuke, was a court noble (kugyo) of the late Muromachi period. He held a regent position Kampaku from 1542 to 1545. The succession of the household was halted after his death until Takatsukasa Nobufusa, adopted son of Tadafuyu, continued it.

The regent Takatsukasa Fusasuke was his son. His other son Kujō Kaneharu was adopted by the Kujō family. His daughter Takatsukasa Nobuko married the fifth shōgun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi.

After his biological son Sukemasa died young, he adopted a son of Kujō Hisatada, Hiromichi. In August 1872 he retired, and in November 1878 he died at age 70.
Konoe Iehiro, son of regent Motohiro, was a kugyō or Japanese court noble of the Edo period (1603–1868). He held a regent position kampaku from 1707 to 1709 and from 1709 to 1712.
