The Cover Girls is a New York City-based freestyle girl group that achieved most of its chart success in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Among the group's best-known songs are "Show Me", "Because of You", "My Heart Skips a Beat", "We Can't Go Wrong", "Funk Boutique" and "Wishing on a Star".

The song, released in the UK on 24 February 2004, became Jamelia's highest charting single in the UK to date, peaking at #2, and spending 14 weeks within the whole UK Singles Chart, and kept off the top spot by a re-release of Peter Andre's "Mysterious Girl". However, throughout the whole week, Jamelia was leading but was pipped to the post by Andre at the last minute. The song also became her second top 10 hit in Australia. "I'm a Marionette" is a song recorded by the Swedish pop group ABBA from their fifth album, ABBA: The Album. Written by Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, this song was part of a mini-musical called The Girl with the Golden Hair that ABBA performed at several of their live concerts. The other songs in the "mini-musical" were "Thank You for the Music", "I Wonder (Departure)" and "Get on the Carousel".
