Miramax, LLC is an American entertainment company known for producing and distributing films and television shows. It is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Miramax was founded in 1979 by brothers Bob and Harvey Weinstein, and was a leading independent film motion picture distribution and production company before it was acquired by The Walt Disney Company on June 30, 1993. The Weinsteins operated Miramax with more creative and financial independence than any other division of Disney until September 30, 2005, when they left the company and founded a new studio, The Weinstein Company. Miramax was sold by Disney to Filmyard Holdings, a joint venture of Colony NorthStar, Tutor-Saliba Corporation, and Qatar Investment Authority, in 2010, ending Disney's 17-year ownership of the studio. In 2016, the company was sold to the beIN Media Group. In 2019, beIN agreed to sell a 49% stake in the company to ViacomCBS ; the sale was completed on April 3, 2020.

The cinema of Bangladesh, better known as Dhallywood, is the Bengali-language film industry based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It has often been a significant film industry since the early 1970s. The dominant style of Bangladeshi cinema is melodramatic cinema, which developed from 1947 to 1990 and characterizes most films to this day. Cinema was introduced in Bangladesh in 1898 by the Bradford Bioscope Company, credited to have arranged the first film release in Bangladesh. Between 1913 and 1914, the first production company, Picture House, was opened. A 1928 short silent film titled Sukumari was the first Bengali-produced film in the region. The first full-length film, The Last Kiss, was released in 1931. Following the separation of Bangladesh from Pakistan, Dhaka became the center of the Bangladeshi film industry, and has generated the majority share of revenue, production and audiences for Dhallywood films. The Face and the Mask, the first Bengali-language full-length feature film of Bangladesh was produced in 1956. During the 1970s, many Dhallywood films were inspired by Indian films, with some of the films being unofficial remakes of those films. The industry continued to grow, and many successful Bangladeshi films were produced throughout the 1970s, 1980s and the first half of the 1990s.

Musafir is a 2016 Bangladeshi action-thriller film written and directed by Ashiqur Rahman. The film stars Arifin Shuvoo, Misha Sawdagor, Tiger Robi, Robiul Islam, Shimul Khan, Marjan Jenifa, Prosun Azad and Cindy Rolling. Shuvoo plays an intelligence double agent, and a trained assassin of Secret Service Bangladesh (SSB) who is placed as a mole in target organization. The plot builds up around SSB's rescue operation of Zara, who has possession of many classified information wanted by Bangladesh's external enemies. Jenifa plays the role of Zara Mehjabin, a surveillance agent of SSB, suddenly disappeared with many classified documents of the agency. The plot takes an interesting turn when the target agency sends Shuvo to abduct Zara, not knowing that he is actually a SSB agent in disguise.
