The Juba Film Festival provides a platform for young local filmmakers who have the opportunity to interact and share their experiences in the world of diversity and change altogether making a difference in the development of a better and modified South Sudan.
According to Radio Tamazuj news, [1] the film festival founder and Director will be taken for a trip to Germany to see the cinematography of the people there and engage in transforming the current stature in the movie festival in South Sudan. The other participants from 25 other countries will also be part of the exhibition and are to make the necessary changes to their countries of origin.

The Sudan People's Liberation Movement is a political party in South Sudan. It was initially founded as the political wing of the Sudan People's Liberation Army in 1983. It was established by a gubernatorial degree in 2012 to perform the works of radio and television broadcast. With the existence of the media laws, EBC became the first state public broadcaster in the Republic of South Sudan.

Aggrey Jaden Road also known as "Juba-Yei-Morobo-Kaya Road", is a highway which connects South Sudan to the Uganda border. The road stretches from Juba which serves as the capital and the largest city in the country connection via Lainya County to Yei, Morobo and Kaya which is the border point. The road was renamed after Aggrey Jaden who was a revolutionary freedom fighter for the struggle of South Sudan independence.
Emmanuel Khamis Richard is a South Sudanese politician. He was the Acting Mayor of Juba City Council before being sacked for assaulting a female stress vendor. He is the Commissioner for Lainya County in Central Equatoria in the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity as of 2023.
