The Queen is the second studio album by Swedish singer Velvet. Her official website and her label Bonnier confirmed that The Queen would be released on March 18, 2009. [2] The album features fourteen tracks including the singles "Fix Me", "Chemistry", "Déjà Vu", "Take My Body Close" and "The Queen". [3] Also included is a cover of Ultravox's 1984 single "Dancing with Tears in My Eyes".

The Queen debuted on the Swedish Albums Chart at number 44, [4] skipped a week, and then returned to the chart at number 53. [5] After a two-week absence, the album returned at number 33, creating a new peak. [6] It also charted in Norway where it entered the charts at number 40 before moving up to 34 and then 20. [7]

"With Every Bit of Me" is a Swedish English language single by Maltese singer Kevin Borg, winner of the Swedish version of Idol in its fifth season in 2008, and released as a single the same year. The single debuted at number one on the Swedish Real Tones Chart on 23 December 2009 and remained there for three weeks, making it both the Swedish Christmas and the New Year number one. It was replaced at the top spot the next-coming two weeks by Abba's "Happy New Year" and Lady Gaga single, "Poker Face", but Borg placed at number two instead for those weeks. Furthermore, the single peaked at number one on the Swedish single chart, remaining at the top position in four consecutive weeks. The song also charted at Svensktoppen, where it stayed for 10 weeks between 18 January-22 March 2009 before leaving the chart. Stiftelsen (band)

Stiftelsen, meaning "the Foundation", is a Swedish pop rock band that features the vocals of Robert Pettersson, the lead singer of the Swedish pop-rock band Takida. Pettersson wanted to do projects different from the staple of Takida music. That's when he met Micke Eriksson, Arne Johansson and Martin Källström and they formed Stiftelsen in the summer of 2010. The band is signed to Universal Music Sweden and has a variety of musical influences from dansband and country. They had a hit in Sweden with their single "Vart jag än går", released on 30 May 2012.

Mikael Mats Robert Persson, better known by his stage name Mike Perry, is a Swedish DJ and music producer from Skövde. He is best known for his 2016 single "The Ocean" featuring vocals from Shy Martin, which peaked at number 1 on the Swedish Singles Chart. His second music single "Katten i trakten" peaked at number one on the Swedish Singles Chart in February 2019. The follow-up "Rör mig" in May 2019 entered the Sverigetopplistan chart at number 3 in its first week of release. Einár has thus far released three studio albums: Första klass, Nummer 1 and Welcome to Sweden. Fjärilar i magen is the seventh studio album by Swedish singer/songwriter Darin, released on 25 September 2015 by his own record label Dex Music and distributed by Sony Music. It is the first album by Darin to entirely consist of Swedish songs. The album peaked at number one on the Swedish Albums Chart and includes the single "Ta mig tillbaka", which was certified triple platinum in Sweden. The album was inspired by folk-music, a genre that marked new territory for Darin. Fjärilar i magen was recorded in the Atlantis Studio in Stockholm.
