Third Junior & Senior High School of Nihon University (日本大学第三中学校・高等学校, Nihon Daigaku Daisan Chūgakkō Kōtōgakkō) is a junior and senior high school in Machida, Tokyo, affiliated with Nihon University. [1] [2] [3]

Contents

It first opened in Akasaka in Tokyo City in 1929. In 1976 it moved to Machida. It began admitting both boys and girls in 1987; previously it only admitted male students. [4]

It includes an American football field that opened in 2000. [4]

The tournament was contested by 32 high schools in a knockout-stage format. The final was played one day prior to the men's final on 8 January 2023, at the Noevir Stadium Kobe. The Kamimura Gakuen High School were the defending champions, winning the last championship by 3–0 against the Hinomoto Gakuen High School.
