Three PNC Plaza is a 361 ft (110 m) tall skyscraper in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was announced on December 19, 2005 and completed in 2009 with 23 floors. It was the tallest building constructed in the city since Highmark Tower was completed in 1988, until The Tower at PNC Plaza was completed in 2015. It contains 326,000 square feet (30,300 m2) of office space, a 185-room Fairmont Hotel, and 28 condominium units. The $179 million ($230 million in current dollars) project created 800 construction-related jobs with a $35 million payroll ($44.9 million in current dollars). Thirteen buildings were demolished to make way for the building.

At 22 stories it is the tallest building in New Mexico. The hotel tower, with 20 stories, is the state's second tallest building at 78.03 m (256.0 ft). Their similar height, color, and pyramidal roofs make them the focal point of the Albuquerque skyline.
PNC Plaza is a skyscraper in Downtown, Louisville, Kentucky and located at 500 West Jefferson Street. Owned by Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank, the 31-story, 420-foot (128 m) high structure was designed by architect Welton Becket and was completed in 1971. A notable feature of the building is the pattern of pre-cast concrete panels on the exterior of its windows. The building, originally named Citizens Fidelity Plaza, was named after Citizens Fidelity Bank and renamed PNC Plaza when Citizens Fidelity was acquired by PNC Bank.

The Century Plaza Hotel is a landmark 19-story luxury hotel in Los Angeles. Located in Century City, the hotel forms a sweeping crescent design fronting the Avenue of the Stars, adjacent to the twin Century Plaza Towers and the 2000 Avenue of the Stars complex. Nearby buildings totaling 37,000 square feet (3,400 m2), were purchased by PNC and deconstructed to make space for the Tower at PNC Plaza. It is located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Wood Street, where PNC and its predecessors have been based since 1858.
Queens Plaza Park is a residential building under construction in Queens. The building will supersede One Court Square as the tallest building in Queens, as well as one of the tallest buildings in New York City outside of Manhattan. The building is one of many planned in Queens Plaza due to a 2001 rezoning. When complete, the development will incorporate the landmarked Bank of Manhattan Company building built in 1927.
