Struer Municipality is a municipality in Mid Jutland Region on the Jutland Peninsula in west Denmark. The municipality includes the island of Venø, and it covers an area of 245.90 km². It has a total population of 21,576. Its mayor is Niels Viggo Lynghøj, a member of the Social Democrats party. The main town and the site of its municipal council is the city of Struer.
Until January 1, 2007 Thyholm was a municipality in the former Ringkjøbing County on the island of Vendsyssel-Thy, a part of the Jutland peninsula in northwest Denmark. The municipality included the island of Jegindø, and it covered an area of 76 km2. It had a total population of 3,577 (2005). Its last mayor was Peter Gade, a member of the Conservative People's Party political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Hvidbjerg.
Spydeberg is a municipality in Østfold county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Spydeberg. It is divided into the parishes of Spydeberg, Heli, and Hovin. Spydeberg was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838.

Central Denmark Region, or more directly translated as Central Jutland Region and sometimes simply Mid Jutland, is an administrative region of Denmark established on 1 January 2007 as part of the 2007 Danish Municipal Reform. The reform abolished the traditional counties (amter) and replaced them with five new administrative regions. Thyholm Peninsula is a peninsula in Denmark located in Limfjorden north of Struer. It is connected by causeway with North Jutlandic Island and the rest of Thy. To the south, the Oddesund Bridge connects it to the rest of Jutland.
Moss Jernverk was an ironwork in Moss, Norway. Established in 1704, it was for many years the largest workplace in the city, and melted ore, chiefly from Arendalsfeltet. With power from the nearby waterfalls it manufactured many different products. From around the middle of the 1700 century the works were the leading armory in the country and produced hundreds of heavy iron cannons. The first rolling mill in Norway was also located here.
