Tianjin R&F Guangdong Tower is a 91 storey, 468 m (1,535 ft) tall mixed use supertall skyscraper under construction in Tanggu District, Tianjin, China. The tower was proposed for construction in 2008. The tower is expected to be completed in 2016. Once completed it will become tallest building in Tianjin and one of the tallest buildings in the world.

Goldin Finance 117, also known as China 117 Tower, is an unfinished skyscraper in Tianjin, China. The tower is expected to be 596.6 m (1,957 ft) and has 128 stories. Construction began in 2008 but was twice halted, and as of December 2019 it remains unfinished and unoccupied.

The office tower has a height of 339 metres (1,112 ft) and contain 79 floors. The skyscraper was first proposed in 2007 and broke ground in 2010. Construction of the glass and steel-building was completed in 2014. Upon completion, it was the tallest building in Chongqing, and has been surpassed by the Chongqing International Trade and Commerce Center in 2017.

Yuexiu Fortune Center Tower 1 is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It will have a height of 330 metres (1,080 ft). Construction began in 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2017.
