Tianjin R&F Guangdong Tower is a 91 storey,468 m (1,535 ft) tall mixed use supertall skyscraper on hold in Tanggu District,Tianjin,China. The tower was proposed for construction in 2008. Since then,construction progress has substantially slowed and later halted. If completed it will become the third tallest building in Tianjin and one of the tallest buildings in the world.
The Tianjin Radio and Television Tower is a 415.2-meter-tall (1,362 ft) tower in Tianjin,China,used primarily for communication. It is the 8th tallest freestanding tower in the world. It was built in 1991 at a cost of $45 million. Approximately two-thirds of the way up the tower is an observation pod with 253 square meters (2,720 sq ft) of floor space. It is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers.

Goldin Finance 117,also known as China 117 Tower,is an unfinished supertall skyscraper in Xiqing District,Tianjin,China. The tower was topped out in 2015 at a height of 597 m. It has 128 storeys above ground,with 117 of them intended for housing,hotel,and commercial space,which provides the source of the building’s name. Designed by P&T Group,construction began in 2008 but was twice halted. As of January 2025,it remains unfinished and unoccupied.

The tower structurally topped out on 9 July 2017,fully topped out on 18 August 2017,and was completed in late 2018,making CITIC Tower the tallest completed building of 2018. As of 2024,it is the tallest building with a rooftop helipad in the world.

Construction started in 2013 and was completed in 2019. At 1,739 ft (530 m),and with 97 floors,the tower is the second-tallest building in Municipal Tianjin after unfinished Goldin Finance 117,the eighth-tallest building in the world,and the tallest building in the world with fewer than 100 floors. It is located in the outer district of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. Tianjin CTF Finance Center is designed by Skidmore,Owings &Merrill LLP in collaboration with Ronald Lu &Partners.
