The Tianjin Radio and Television Tower is a 415.2-meter-tall (1,362 ft) tower in Tianjin,China,used primarily for communication. It is the 8th tallest freestanding tower in the world. It was built in 1991 at a cost of $45 million. Approximately two-thirds of the way up the tower is an observation pod with 253 square meters (2,720 sq ft) of floor space. It is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers.

Both buildings are taller than the U.S. Bank Tower,the previous record-holder from 1989 to 2010,whose roof-top helipad is 310.3 m (1,018 ft) high.

Goldin Finance 117,also known as China 117 Tower,is an unfinished supertall skyscraper in Xiqing District,Tianjin,China. The tower was topped out in 2015 at a height of 597 m. It has 128 storeys above ground,with 117 of them intended for housing,hotel,and commercial space,which provides the source of the building’s name. Designed by P&T Group,construction began in 2008 but was twice halted. As of January 2025,it remains unfinished and unoccupied.

The 109-story,528 m (1,732 ft) building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city,surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 m (620 ft). On 18 August 2016,CITIC Tower surpassed China World Trade Center Tower III in height,becoming Beijing's tallest building. The tower structurally topped out on 9 July 2017,fully topped out on 18 August 2017,and was completed in late 2018,making CITIC Tower the tallest completed building of 2018. As of 2024,it is the tallest building with a rooftop helipad in the world.

Construction started in 2013 and was completed in 2019. At 1,739 ft (530 m),and with 97 floors,the tower is the second-tallest building in Municipal Tianjin after unfinished Goldin Finance 117,the eighth-tallest building in the world,and the tallest building in the world with fewer than 100 floors. It is located in the outer district of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. Tianjin CTF Finance Center is designed by Skidmore,Owings &Merrill LLP in collaboration with Ronald Lu &Partners.
