Tigran Balayan (Armenian: Տիգրան Բալայան; born October 29, 1977 in Yerevan, Armenian SSR) is an Armenian diplomat and historian, As of October 2018 [update] , he serves as the Ambassador of Armenia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the OPCW.. Author of multiple scientific articles, as well as the monograph entitled "Nagorno-Karabakh issue and international diplomacy in 1991–1994", as well as collection of lectures on “Multilateral Diplomacy”, “Information support of Foreign Policy”.
He is currently married, with a son and a daughter. His father, Kim Balayan is a member of the Constitutional Court of Armenia. [4] In addition to his native Armenian, he is fluent in Russian, English and French.

Arshak Pavlovi Poladian (born May 15, 1950) is an Armenian diplomat,historian, orientalistand author. Since 2019, Dr. Poladian is Armenian's ambassador to Tunisia and Morocco with residence in Yerevan. Previously Poladian was ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Armenia to Syria from 2007 to 2018 and Armenia's non-resident ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 2011 to 2018. Poladian also served as the Armenian ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from 2002 to 2006, and as the Armenian ambassador (non-resident) to the State of Kuwait and Kingdom of Bahrain from 2003 to 2007.
