Tillberga IK is a sports club in Tillberga in Västerås Municipality, Sweden. Tillberga IK was founded on 8 February 1930 and had a number of sections within one club until 1998. At the annual meeting that year, it was decided to split the club up, so that each section would be its own club legally, but all as members of the "Tillberga IK Alliansen" as an umbrella organisation.

The men's bandy team has played in the Swedish top division during the 21st century. [1]

Tillberga IK Bandy, also called Tillberga Bandy Västerås or TB Västerås, is a Swedish Bandy club playing in the Allsvenskan for the first time in the 2006–07 season. Tillberga IK were founded in 1930 and play their home games at Rocklunda. Tillberga IK have struggled in the Allsvenskan this season finishing bottom of the Norra division and will have a difficult fight to avoid relegation during the Superallsvenskan. Tillberga IK gained promotion in the 2005–06 season by finishing top in the Division One Norra Playoffs.

Jarno Väkiparta is a Finnish bandy player who currently plays for Tillberga IK Bandy from Sweden. Jarno is a forward who has represented the Finnish national team. Jarno started his career in his homeland at Narukerä before moving to Ljusdals BK of Sweden in 1998. He has also played for IFK Motala, Västerås SK and Katrineholms SK before moving to Tillberga. His best achievement is the World Championship gold in Bandy World Championship 2004.

IK Göta is a Swedish sports club, which was very successful in several sports such as track and field, handball, bowling, field hockey, ice hockey, soccer and bandy during the 20th century. Their most famous and successful sport was ice hockey. They won the Swedish ice hockey championship nine times, including the inaugural championship in 1922. The club was also operating bandy teams, both women's and men's, winning the Swedish men's championship in bandy once, in 1927. In women's bandy they were far more successful, winning eight times, the last time in 1984.

The Elitserien is since the 2007–08 season the highest bandy league in Sweden. It consists of 14 teams. The season ends with one final game in March. The final was held at Studenternas IP in Uppsala from 1991 until 2012. In 2013 and 2014 the final was played at Friends Arena in Solna, and from 2015 to 2017 it was played at the Tele2 Arena. The final returned to 4,600-capacity Studenternas IP indoor stadium in 2018.

The men's bandy team, popular known as the "Yellow Peril", has played 16 seasons in the Swedish top division. between 1940 and 1967–1968. Majornas IK is a Swedish sport club from Gothenburg founded in 1916. The club is most famous for its handball team, who have been Swedish champions 7 times. Until 1964 they had played all seasons but one in the top flight, but have not played there since. They currently play in Division 4, the 6th level.
