Dr. Timco Mucunski (Тимчо Муцунски) (born July 29, 1989) is a Macedonian Member of Parliament and university professor, who currently serves as International Secretary of the political party VMRO-DPMNE. He served as Deputy Minister of Information Society and Public Administration in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia between 2015 and 2017. [1]

Biography

Timco Mucunski was born on July 29, 1989 in Berovo, the Republic of Macedonia. He attended Lisgar Collegiate Institute in Ottawa, Canada for high school, and graduated there in June 2006.

In June 2009 he received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. After receiving his bachelor's degree, he enrolled in the LL.M. Program in Administrative Law and Public Administration at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius where he successfully defended his master's thesis on July 4, 2011. In 2019 he defended his PhD at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

Since 2009 Timco has professional experience as a Junior Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and as of 2015 he has been employed as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the same institution. As of 2019 he is an Assistant Professor of Law at the same institution.

Timco has extensive scientific and academic experience in the field of legal sciences. He is the co-author of two university textbooks, published by the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje: Corporate Governance (published in 2014), and Gambling Law (published in 2013). He has co-authored over 20 scientific and expert papers in the field of legal sciences, many of which have been published in well-known academic journals. He has been part of numerous study visits to foreign universities, and has taken part in many international scientific conferences, including being a speaker at panels organized by the Harriman Institute at Columbia University. Timco has been involved in numerous scientific projects in collaboration with renowned universities, as well as government institutions from EU member states.

Between November 11, 2015 and June 22, 2017 Timco Mucunski served as Deputy Minister of Information Society and Public Administration in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. [2]

As of 2018 he is the International Secretary of the Political Party VMRO-DPMNE.

Džordže Arsov is a former mayor of the municipality of Kisela Voda. He was born in 1946 in Strumica, in the Republic of Macedonia. He finished primary and secondary education in his home town and completed his graduate studies in Skopje. In 1970, he graduated with Honors from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, St.Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and started to work as a professor at the high school ASUC in Skopje. After four years at ASUC and as a Deputy Director of the school, he left and started to work in the newly established trading and marketing department of the Metalski Zavod Tito (MZT). Under his management, the department became a leader in its sector and became its own independent organization MZT Commerce, employing approximately 140 people and responsible for over 90% of the revenues of MZT. This trading and marketing organization became an initiator for association of all commercial services of MZT in the process opening many offices in former Yugoslavia as well as in Moscow, Sofia, Frankfurt, Berlin, New York, and 12 other places around the world. MZT Commerce, under Arsov's leadership, also became an exclusive representative of many firms from former Yugoslavia for the Western European, U.S., and Middle Eastern markets. Arsov was the President and Managing Director of the MZT Commerce until 1991.

Zoran Jolevski Macedonian politician

FON University university

The FON University is a private university with headquarters in Skopje, North Macedonia. It is the second private university established in North Macedonia after the liberalization of the High education law's in 2002. After its establishment great number of professors from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje transferred to the new university and contributed to building a better educational system in the Republic of Macedonia.
