Time (stylized as TIME) is the sixth Japanese studio album (twelfth overall) by South Korean pop duo Tohoshinki, released by Avex Trax on March 6, 2013. The record was released in four physical versions, each with a theme cover – Version A (Past), a CD+DVD version with music videos; Version B (Present), another CD+DVD version with off-shot movies and live performances; Version C (Future), a CD only version with two bonus tracks; and Version D, a Bigeast fan club limited edition. Musically, Time is primarily an electropop album, with dubstep, electronic dance music, and R&B influences.
Time was Tohoshinki's fastest-selling studio album, selling over 160,000 copies on the first day and over 240,000 copies within the first week of release. [1] The album was also Tohoshinki's third consecutive album to debut at the top of the Oricon Albums Chart and the Billboard Japan Top Albums.
The album spawned four hit singles, all of which peaked within the Top 2 on the Oricon Weekly Charts and sold over 150,000 copies each.
It was first announced that Tohoshinki would be releasing their sixth Japanese album on January 16, 2013 through their official Japanese site. The album's title was revealed to be Time and that its release date was March 6, 2013. It was also stated that the album would come in four versions: CD version, 2 CD+DVD versions, and a special BigEast version. [2]
The album was commercial success selling 160,719 copies during the first day of release, thus becoming their fastest-selling Japanese studio album and second-fastest selling Japanese release to date. [1] It sold a further 35,930 copies on the second day, bringing total sales over the first 48 hours to 196,649 copies. [3] It sold a further 13,781 copies on the third day of sale, [4] bringing the three-day sales total to 210,430 copies. Displaying their immense popularity in Japan, this album also marked TVXQ's 2nd grab for the first place on the Oricon Monthly Chart with over 277,000 copies sold, beating out Kiss My FT2, and others. Until now, Time has sold over 281,260 copies. [5] As of June 21, 2013, Time is the fourth biggest-selling album of the year in Japan with total sales of 292,632 copies according to Oricon. [6]

TVXQ, an initialism for Tong Vfang Xien Qi, is a South Korean male pop duo consisting of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. They are known as Tohoshinki in Japanese releases, and are sometimes referred to as DBSK, an abbreviation of their Korean name Dong Bang Shin Ki (Korean: 동방신기). Their name roughly translates to "Rising Gods of the East".
South Korean pop group TVXQ, known as Tohoshinki in Japanese releases, have released nineteen studio albums, three extended plays, four compilation albums, nine live albums, four remix albums, one soundtrack album and one box set. The group has sold over 14 million physical records since 2004, including 9.4 million in Japan, making them one of the best-selling K-pop acts of all time.
"Last Angel feat. Tohoshinki" is the 38th single by Japanese singer Kumi Koda and is a collaboration with South Korean boy band TVXQ/Tohoshinki, released on November 7, 2007, in Japan. It charted at No. 3 on Oricon and stayed on the charts for twelve weeks. The single was released in CD and CD+DVD.
Best Selection 2010 is the first Japanese greatest hits album from South Korean pop group Tohoshinki, released in Japan on February 17, 2010, by Rhythm Zone. It was released on October 25, 2017 through Avex Trax as a complimentary album for their comeback Japanese concert the Begin Again Tour, the duo's first tour since completing their military service. XV is the tenth Japanese studio album by South Korean pop duo Tohoshinki, released on October 16, 2019 by Avex Trax. XV (fifteen) denotes Tohoshinki's fifteenth debut anniversary in Japan. The duo announced the album's release at the A-Nation Music Festival, which they headlined, on August 18, 2019. XV was released in five physical versions: a standard CD version, a limited CD and Blu-ray version, a limited CD and DVD version, an exclusive fan club version, and a special "gift" version with a CD packaged in two different LP-size slips. Musically, XV is a varied electropop album that is influenced by a broad range of electronic musical genres, including influences from symphonic metal, soft rock, hip hop, dance-pop, and R&B.
