The Island line is one of ten lines of the MTR, the mass transit system in Hong Kong. It runs from Kennedy Town in the Western district to Chai Wan in the Eastern District on Hong Kong Island, passing through the territory's major business districts of Central, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, and connecting them with built-up areas on the north shore of the island.
Yau Ma Tei, formerly named Waterloo after Waterloo Road, is an MTR station located in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon. It lays straightly like a long box under thoroughfare Nathan Road, ending north under Pitt Street and south near Man Ming Lane. It is served by the Kwun Tong line and the Tsuen Wan line. The station opened on 22 December 1979 and was renamed as Yau Ma Tei on 31 May 1985 along with Argyle and Chater (Central).
Po Lam is the northern terminus MTR station of the Tseung Kwan O line. It is located on Mau Yip Road, Po Lam, in the New Territories of Hong Kong, sandwiched by Phases 1 to 3 of Metro City. Built by Maeda Corporation, it opened on 18 August 2002. The name of the station is taken from the nearby Po Lam Road North.
Central is an MTR station located in the Central area of Hong Kong Island. The station's livery is firebrick red but brown on the Tsuen Wan line platforms. The station is the southern terminus of the Tsuen Wan line, a stop on the Island line, and connects to Hong Kong station, which serves the Tung Chung line and the Airport Express.
Tsing Yi is an interchange station of the MTR between the Tung Chung line and Airport Express on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. The station is located between Sunny Bay station and Lai King station on the Tung Chung Line, and between Airport station and Kowloon station on the Airport Express. Tsing Yi station is connected to a major interchange for buses and maxicabs, situated adjacent to the station, which serves as a public transport hub for the New Territories. It is embedded into the Maritime Square shopping centre.
Kowloon Tong is a station on MTR's Kwun Tong line and East Rail line in New Kowloon, Hong Kong. The station serves Kowloon Tong and its vicinity, including Yau Yat Tsuen, the Festival Walk shopping centre, City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University.
Choi Hung is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line in Ngau Chi Wan. The station is named after the nearby Choi Hung Estate, a public housing estate.
Kwun Tong is a station on the MTR Kwun Tong line in Hong Kong. The station opened on 1 October 1979 as the eastern terminus of the first phase of the Kwun Tong line, until the Eastern Harbour Crossing to Quarry Bay opened on 6 August 1989. It is located in the Kwun Tong area, between Lam Tin and Ngau Tau Kok stations.
Yau Tong is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line and the Tseung Kwan O line. It is the only station of the Tseung Kwan O line located in Kowloon. The livery of the station is yellow. Although the train platforms are constructed above ground level, they are sealed from the outside with concrete walls to prevent the noise of trains from disturbing the nearby residents of Yau Tong Estate.
Ho Man Tin is an underground MTR rapid transit station on the Kwun Tong line and the Tuen Ma line, located beneath Valley Road in Lo Lung Hang, as part of the Sha Tin to Central Link project. The station's lower platforms opened on 23 October 2016 along with Whampoa station as part of the Kwun Tong line extension, while the upper platforms of the Tuen Ma line opened on 27 June 2021.

Fortress Hill is a station on the Island line of the Hong Kong MTR system. The station is located in the Fortress Hill section of Hong Kong on the eponymous island. Like all MTR stations, Fortress Hill has a unique colour scheme; its livery is dark green. The distance between this station and Tin Hau to the west is approximately 480 metres, the second-closest stations after Mong Kok and Prince Edward.

Hung Hom is a passenger railway station in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is an interchange station between the East Rail line and the Tuen Ma line domestic services of the MTR network, as well as the southern terminus of cross-border through-trains to mainland China which has been suspended since 4 February 2020. The station is one of four Hong Kong ports of entry on the MTR network; the others are Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, and West Kowloon. This station serves the southern terminus of the East Rail Line in early morning before the first northbound train from Admiralty arrives. As the station is located next to the Cross-Harbour Tunnel's northern portal, it is also served by many cross-harbour bus routes.

The station is named after the adjacent public housing estate of the same name, which it serves in addition to Ap Lei Chau Main Street. The station is located below Yue On Court and Lei Tung Estate. It is the southernmost railway station in Hong Kong.
