Tin Naing Thein (Burmese :တင်နိုင်သိန်း,born 1955) is the former Minister of the President's Office of Myanmar,Minister for National Planning and Economic Development and Minister for Livestock and Fisheries. [4] He is a retired brigadier general in the Myanmar Army and previously held the posts of Minister for Commerce and Deputy Minister for Forestry. [4] [5] Tin Naing Thein was elected General Secretary of the Union Solidarity and Development Party,in office from October 2012 to August 2015 successor by Thet Naing Win,former Minister of Border Affairs and retired lieutenant general.
Than Shwe is a Burmese strongman politician who was the head of state of Myanmar from 1992 to 2011 as Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council (SPDC).

Lieutenant General Thet Naing Win is a Lieutenant General in the Myanmar Army. He was the Minister of Border Affairs,having been appointed by Thein Sein in February 2013,to replace Thein Htay,who returned to the Ministry of Defence.
The cabinet of Thein Sein,headed by President Thein Sein,is the first democratically elected government of Myanmar after the military government. It took office on 30 March 2011 after the 2010 Myanmar general election to 30 March 2016.
