Tinglin (Chinese :亭林; pinyin :Tínglín) is a railway station on the Jinshan railway in Jinshan District, Shanghai. It opened for intercity passenger service on September 28, 2012. [1] [2]
Shanghai has an extensive public transport system, largely based on buses, trolley buses, taxis, and a rapidly expanding metro system. Shanghai has invested heavily in public transportation before and after the 2010 World Expo, including the construction of the Hongqiao transportation hub of high-speed rail, air, metro and bus routes.
Guangzhou–Zhuhai railway is a railway between Jiangcun in Guangzhou and Gaolan Port in Zhuhai, via the cities of Foshan and Jiangmen, in Guangdong, China. Opened at the end of 2012, it is currently used for freight only.
Jinshan Railway or Jinshan Line is a commuter railway line in Shanghai, part of the planned Shanghai Metropolitan Area Intercity Railway. It runs from Shanghai South in Xuhui District via Xinzhuang in Minhang District to Jinshanwei in Jinshan District, crossing the Huangpu River on a dedicated railway bridge. Passengers can transfer to Lines 1, 3, 5 and 15. It was originally built in 1975 as a suburban branch it has since been upgraded into a high-speed commuter rail line which opened on 28 September 2012. The line was branded as Line 22 before opening. However, there is another line in long-term planning called Line 22, see Line 22.

Hangzhou–Huangshan intercity railway or Hanghuang ICR is a dual-track, electrified, high-speed rail line between Hangzhou, Zhejiang and Huangshan, Anhui. The line runs 265 km (165 mi) through northwestern Zhejiang and southern Anhui and accommodates trains traveling at speeds up to 250 km/h (160 mph). Travel time from Hangzhou to Huangshan was reduced to about one and one-half hour. The line is the first rail link between the two cities and brings counties in mountainous southern Anhui closer to the Yangtze River Delta region. Construction began on June 30, 2014, and the line opened on December 25, 2018.
The Jingyihuo railway, short for Jinghe–Yining–Khorgas railway, is the first electrified railway in operation in Xinjiang, China. The line is 286 km in length and connects Jinghe, Yining and Khorgos. The Jingyihuo railway branches from the Northern Xinjiang railway at Jinghe in the Junggar Basin and heads south through the Tian Shan range into the Ili River Valley. Cities and towns along route include Jinghe, Nilka County, Yining County, Yining, Huocheng County and Khorgos, on the border with Kazakhstan.

The Kunming–Yuxi–Hekou railway is a standard-gauge railway in Yunnan Province of China, linking the provincial capital Kunming with the town of Hekou on the Vietnamese border. Constructed in several stages between 1989 and 2014, the Kunming–Yuxi–Hekou railway has largely replaced the Chinese section of the old metre-gauge Kunming–Haiphong railway for normal passenger and cargo transportation. Jinshanwei currently has four platforms. The station serves both express and local service trains. In April 2013, a Park and ride scheme was introduced, encouraging commuters to park their cars at the station and continue their travels by train to downtown Shanghai.
Jinshan Yuanqu is a railway station on the Jinshan railway in Jinshan District, Shanghai. It opened as a divergence to the newly-built Pudong Railway on December 9, 2005 as Ruanxiang Railway Station. In 2012 it was renamed to Jinshan Yuanqu and started intercity passenger service on September 28, 2012. The station serves Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park. Only local trains stop at this station.
